Warranty Disclaimer

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

This Lifetime Limited Warranty covers the product against defects in material or workmanship under normal use conditions for the lifetime of the original purchaser ("Warrantee").

Coverage

A. Scope: This warranty applies only to products manufactured by Whispers of Ilum that can be identified by the Whispers of Ilum trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them.

B. Duration: This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product, defined as the period during which the original purchaser owns the product.

C. Remedy: If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Whispers of Ilum within the applicable warranty period, Whispers of Ilum will, at its option, either:

1. Repair the product defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

2. Exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

3. Refund the purchase price of the product.

Exclusions

This Lifetime Limited Warranty specifically excludes the following:

1. Abnormal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover routine maintenance, replacement of parts due to abnormal wear and tear, or over exhaustion of the product over time.

2. Consumable Parts: Items such as batteries, protective coatings, filters, or other consumable parts that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

3. External Catastrophic Events: Damage resulting from external causes, including but not limited to, fire, theft, natural disasters, extreme weather, lightning, water, power surges, or other acts of nature.

4. Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, broken plastic on ports, or other cosmetic damage where the functionality of the product is not affected.

5. Unauthorized Alteration: Damage caused by modification or alteration of the product from its factory specifications that affects the product’s operation or performance.

6. Improper Environment: Damage that occurs as a result of using the product outside of the recommended operating environment or parameters defined in the user manual.

Claim Process

To obtain warranty service, the Warrantee must contact Whispers of Ilum customer service at whispersofilum@gmail.com and follow the instructions provided by the warranty service agent. The Warrantee must provide proof of original purchase and product serial number (if applicable). The Warrantee is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returning the product to Whispers of Ilum.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
